OUR EXECUTIVE BOARD
THE SMALL EXEC. BOARD
President: Ronald Holmes
The President of College Democrats calls, presides, and supervises over the Executive Board and general body meetings.
The President is also considered the primary liaison and point of contact to all outside organizations and campus administration.
The President nominates a Chief of Staff & Service Coordinator to the Large Executive Board.
Vice President: Henry Tennant
The Vice President performs all duties of the President in the President's absence and assumes the Presidency if President resigns or is impeached.
The VP is also the chief parliamentary officer of the organization and the chief interpreter and enforcer of OSU College Democrats Constitution and By-Laws.
The VP appoints a Membership Coordinator and Outreach Director.
Treasurer: Patrick McDonald
Political Director: Riley Dean
The Treasurer is the chief financial officer of the organization and controls all financial accounts owned by the organization along with the President.
The Treasurer maintains the finances of the organization by collecting and recording all payments and donations made to OSUDems and by establishing a budget and overseeing fundraising operations.
The Treasurer appoints a Fundraising Coordinator to the Large Exec. Board.
The Political Director acts as the primary liaison to other political organizations and serves as chief organizer of political activism and political communications.
The Political Director also informs the Executive Board of external political activities.
The Political Director appoints a Field Director to the Large Executive Board.
Communications Director: Hayley Griggs
The Comms Director is the chief messaging officer and coordinates with the President, Political Director, and other Executive Board members on external communications.
The Comms Director also maintains the organization's website and social media presence, as well as drafting the organizations communications.
The Communications Director appoints a Marketing Coordinator and Media Director to the Large Exec. Board.
Secretary: Leila Khan
The Secretary keeps, records, and publishes all Executive Board meeting minutes as well as recording attendance at all Executive Board meetings and general meetings.
The Secretary also collects, maintains, and makes public membership, Executive Board, and voting member lists.
The Secretary appoints an Inter-Club Coordinator to the Large Executive Board.
